Salt Marsh Lamb Neck Fillet


Salt Marsh lamb from Romney Marsh in Essex a highly prized seasonal treat during the British summer and autumn months. It's sweeter, darker and less fatty than mountain or hill lamb and loved by the French for its melt in the mouth tenderness.


Sold individually, approximately 250g  each.
